Lemon Pepper Pepitas

Seasoned with a mild blend of natural lemon zest, black pepper, salt and spices. Great for snacking or sprinkle on salads and soups. Pepitas are a hulless pumpkin seed. The seeds are removed from the pumpkin, then dried so they are ready to eat. Pepitas are a source of zinc and protein and they also provide iron, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, some B-complex vitamins and dietary fiber. Like most seeds and nuts, they contain predominantly polyunsaturated fat and being a plant food contain no cholesterol. Our nuts are double roasted resulting in a deep nutty flavor and hand seasoned in small batches to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
